History

The Law Office of Joni K. Eisenstein represents clients who are being investigated by law enforcement regarding the commission of a crime, those clients who currently have criminal charges pending against them, and those clients who have previously been convicted of a criminal offense.

This Office provides legal representation in all Southern California State Criminal, Traffic, and Juvenile Courts, including those in San Diego, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles counties.

Ms. Eisenstein has in excess of 17 years experience defending individuals who have been charged with committing infraction, misdemeanor, and felony offenses. Ms. Eisenstein has earned a reputation as an aggressive, effective, respected, and well-liked attorney who is not afraid to take on Judges, the District Attorney’s office, and the probation department in order to fight for her clients’ rights and freedom.

Ms. Eisenstein has achieved success for several of her clients, including, but not limited to, convincing the government to not file criminal charges, obtaining dismissal of both felony and misdemeanor cases after charges have already been filed, reduction of felony charges to misdemeanors, negotiating a sentence with no jail time, dismissal of charges based upon violation of constitutional rights, expungement of criminal records, early release from jail, drug rehabilitation in lieu of serving time in jail, recalling warrants, obtaining additional chances on probation and expungements.
